Our administrative staff is extremely knowledgeable on insurance coverage. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. We will send you a statement as soon as we receive payment from your insurance company. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment as soon as you receive our statement. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is greatly appreciated.
